Step 1: Property Evaluation and Onboarding

Confirmation: Post-viewing, we’ll discuss rental payments, council tax liabilities, utilities, furniture requirements, and maintenance processes.
Step 2: Formal Agreement
Documentation: You’ll receive an offer letter detailing required documents and any additional checks or works needed. Upon completion, we’ll finalise your contract and payment details.
Step 3: Management Commencement
Confirmation of Letting: We send a confirmation letter once your property is let, detailing the management start date and initial rental payment.
