Property
Regular inspections and supervised move-in, and move-outs are carried out by our experienced Property Managers.
Assured Rent
We pay you on the 28th of every month, through our Assured Rental Scheme, ensuring we give you a fixed payment every month.
Tenants
All tenants are given a Welcome Pack, providing detailed information regarding how to report for repairs, our service standards, complaints procedures, detailed information about utilities and are given a 24hour telephone contact help desk.
